What Information We Collect

Your Choices
Do Not Track
Quire Rx Pharmacy does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, you may be able to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.
Text Messaging– Opting In and Out
You have the choice to use our text messages services on the mobile phone number(s) you have shared with us or your healthcare provider. We may send you text messages to that number: (i) regarding your account; (ii) to investigate or prevent fraud; and (iii) to alert you in the event of an emergency. We will not contact you via text messages for marketing or billing purposes. You do not have to opt-in to text messages and alerts to use our services.
You may choose to opt-out from our text messages at any time using any reasonable means. To directly opt-out send us a text message from your mobile phone with the word STOP and we will unsubscribe you from text communications. Once you opt-out, you will not receive any additional text messages via your mobile phone. Please keep in mind that if you opt-out of receiving text messages and alerts we may not be able to contact you with important messages regarding your account. At any time, you can opt back into receiving messages by sending a text message from your mobile phone to us with the work UNSTOP.
Security and Retention
We take organizational, technical, and physical precautions to help safeguard against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, the Personal Data we process or use. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are solely responsible for protecting your password, limiting access to your devices, and signing out of websites after your sessions.
We will keep your Personal Data while we are providing our products and services to you. Unless otherwise noted, we will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In determining data retention periods, we take into consideration local laws, contractual obligations, our reasonable business requirements, and your expectations and requirements. When it is no longer necessary to retain your personal data, we will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it.

All requests sent via postal mail must be labeled “Your California Privacy Rights” on the envelope or post card and clearly stated on the actual request. For all requests, please include your name, street address (if you would like a response via postal mail), city, state, and ZIP code. We will not accept requests via telephone or fax. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information.
Children
Our website is not directed at children. Through the use of our website, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 that is not required to perform necessary services or is received from the child’s healthcare provider as part of standard business operations. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data without your consent, please contact us as described in the “Contact Us” section below, and we will take steps to delete such Personal Data from our systems.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we reserve the right to do so to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements and other factors. If we do, we will update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
